These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of drawnlyart.com and any purchase you make from Drawnly Art, operated by Invera Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Drawnly Art is a hand-painted custom portrait studio. The business is operated by Invera Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong. For enquiries, contact us at vq716704@gmail.com.
2. Ordering
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and provide accurate contact and shipping information. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Production begins once we receive your reference photo(s).
3. Reference Photos
- You must own or have rights to use any photo you submit to us. Do not submit photos of other people without their consent.
- We use your photos solely to create your commissioned artwork. We will not display, reproduce, or publish your reference photos without your express permission.
- You are responsible for providing sufficient-quality images. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Production & Delivery
Portraits are hand-painted and require approximately 3–5 business days to produce, followed by 5–14 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Intellectual Property
All original artwork created by Drawnly Art remains the intellectual property of the artist and Invera Limited. By purchasing a portrait, you receive the physical artwork and the right to display it privately for personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire any copyright or reproduction rights.
We may photograph completed artworks (without your personal reference photos) for our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price applied to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may apply in your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invera Limited’s total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or placement of orders after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
